Photographic, image, video and audio recording will be done during all of our program meetings.

 

I grant to Off The Pews: Faith in Action, its representatives, partners and employees the right to take video, photographs and all other forms of image recording of me and my property in connection with each program session. I authorize Off The Pews: Faith in Action, its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

 

I agree that Off The Pews: Faith in Action, may use such recordings of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, social media, and web content.
